Exclude the function 'Assets:Change Number' from the user's
FA responsibility definition in System Administrator.
Navigation:
System Administrator > Security > Responsibility > Define
Query the responsibility in Responsibility Name.
Select Type Function under Menu Exclusions tab.
Select the function 'Assets:Change Number' in the LOV for Name.
Save the change.
