The descriptive flexfield with application name <Application Name> and name <DFF Name>(<Table Name>) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator.

1. In System Administrator Responsibility

Navigate  Application àFlexfield àDescriptive àSegments

2. Put the system into query mode and enter the following

Application= <Application Name>

Title = <DFF Name>

Run the query

3. Select the check box Freeze Flexfield Definition

4. Select the Compile button

5. Once the Flexfileld has compiled successfully, log out bounce the Apache Server

6.Log back in , re-test the flexfield error should no longer occur
