How to check for inactive customer accounts

  1. Navigate to the Customers Standard window
  1. NOTE: The default ‘Status’ is ‘Active.’ If you are not sure whether the customer is active, change the status field to ‘All’
  2. Type in your customer name or number
  3. Click ‘Find’
  4. In the ‘Match Results’ window, click ‘OK’ to open the customer record
  1. Click into the flexfield – []
  1. If the account has been inactivated, the ‘Comments for inactivation’ field will have been populated with the reason for inactivation and the new customer number to use
