- Navigate to the Receipts window
- Query the receipt to unapply
- Click the ‘Apply’ button
- Un-tick the ‘Apply’ tick box
- Save your changes
- Close the window
- Click the ‘Apply’ button
- Apply the funds to the correct invoice
